Ok this is the first pice of art i've created on Paint.Net a wonderful opern source paint frogram that is FREE for any of you out there looking for somthing like that.

had been downloading plugins yesterday for it and decied to try out a water reflection plugin i got. and slapped this together reasonable fast, rarther pleased with it to be honest.

right legalities. as i was testing out the plugin i didn't want to spend time making background images, thus, the background is NOT mine i found it on the web here --> [link]
and according to this bit on the website

I'm allowed to use the image.
